The Platform is owned and operated by Thrillwise India, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at New Delhi, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

All payments must be made through approved payment gateways. Once a transaction is initiated, it constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Thrillwise India.

You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under these Terms. You may not use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other user’s use of the same.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrillwise India, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or any applicable law, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Thrillwise India be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services.

Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for using the Services giving rise to such claim or Rupees One Hundred (₹100), whichever is less.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such performance is prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, strikes, pandemics, power failures, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

All communications, notices, or concerns relating to these Terms must be sent to us via the contact information provided on the official www.thrillwise.in website.

14. Acceptance

ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.
